Sr. ERP Analyst
specializing in NetSuite. The ideal candidate aligns with the responsibilities and qualifications outlined below.
Responsibilities:
Lead the administration, configuration, and optimization of the NetSuite ERP system, including modules such as financials, order management, inventory, and procurement.
Collaborate with stakeholders across departments to gather requirements, analyze business processes, and develop solutions that enhance operational efficiency.
Design and implement workflows, scripts, and customizations within NetSuite to meet business needs.
Provide ongoing support for NetSuite users, including troubleshooting issues, performing system maintenance, and managing system upgrades.
Develop and deliver training programs for end-users to ensure effective utilization of the NetSuite system.
Monitor system performance, identify potential risks, and implement proactive measures to maintain system stability and data integrity.
Generate reports and dashboards to provide insights into key business metrics and support decision-making processes.
Lead or participate in ERP-related projects, including system integrations, data migrations, and process improvement initiatives.
Qualifications:
5+ years of experience working with NetSuite, including system administration and customization.
Strong understanding of ERP systems, business processes, and best practices, particularly in financial management, supply chain, and operations.
Proficiency in SuiteScript, SuiteFlow, and SuiteTalk for NetSuite customization and integration.
Experience with data migration, system integration, and project management.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Strong communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Ability to manage multiple priorities, work independently, and deliver high-quality results in a fast-paced environment.
