THE OPPORTUNITY: We are seeking a Scrum Master, to lead the execution and delivery of complex data operations projects and ongoing services and initiatives while ensuring alignment with Agile principles. This role combines Scrum Master responsibilities with program management, focusing on managing data operations and the associated technical deliverables. The candidate will have a deep understanding of Agile methodologies, experience with data engineering, and strong leadership skills to drive cross-functional teams in delivering high-quality data and technology solutions. WHAT YOU CAN LOOK FORWARD TO: The Scrum Master will have a strong background in Agile methodologies and experience managing cross-functional teams in technical and data operations. The role includes overseeing technical programs related to data pipelines, infrastructure, and cloud services, working closely with architect, engineers, DevOps, and data teams. The role also includes leading Agile ceremonies and coaching teams to drive continuous improvement across the organization. WHAT YOULL NEED TO SUCCEED: Bachelors degree in applicable field or equivalent experience. 5 years as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach in a technical operations or data engineering environment. 3 years as a Program or Project Manager, managing cross-functional teams focused on technical deliverables. Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and tools like Jira, Trello. Solid understanding of data engineering, ETL processes, cloud infrastructure, and DevOps practices. Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or similar Agile certification preferred. PMP, PgMP, or other project management certifications are a plus. Familiarity with Selenium and Python. Preferably understanding the SeleniumBase framework Basic familiarity with MySQL for researching issues using the database JIRA experience Knowledge of testing methodologies and Software Development Lifecycle in n Agile environment Understanding of software development processes and concept to communicate directly with development team Understand Agile Scrum roles, artifacts and ceremonies Familiarity with SDLC tools like JIRA for planning sprints, releases and prioritizing work Ability to communicate with stakeholders of all technical levels to resolve roadblocks Strong interpersonal and people management skills Excellent communication and facilitation skills across technical disciplines Conflict resolution and problem-solving abilities Ability to manage multiple priorities and drive technical projects to successful completion r
