HCM Functional Analyst

Job Title - HCM Functional Analyst - Hybrid Location: Atlanta , GA Job Type : Hybrid Duration : 12 months Opening : 1 Opening Need candidate with 11/10 Communication Skills and Strong technical Knowledge Payroll & Benefits Responsibilities Gather requirements and define solution for payroll and benefits integrations for countries within the scope of the integration .Review solutions with developers Define testing plans with business stakeholders . Execute testing of integrations with payroll vendors and benefit vendors Coordinate business testing of integrations with payroll vendors and benefit vendors Obtain signoff on integrations with payroll vendors and benefit vendors Deliverables Large experience with Workday Integrations & Reports Need to be strong functionally and TECHNICALLY with the HR modules. They will support the testing efforts (and likely roll-up their sleeves and do some of the testing). Need to strong test planning & test case development experience associated with HCM. Good Visio skills would be very helpful. Must have field-level knowledge of HCM module data. Must have strong comm skills to liaise with project stakeholders & business.
