The SailPoint IAM Engineer will play a key role in the IAMO Transformation program, focusing on the configuration and implementation of SailPoint's LCM product. Responsibilities include:
Migrating 2000+ applications into SailPointConfiguring application access requests and workflowsImplementing preventative and detective Segregation of Duty rulesTraining and mentoring team members on SailPoint IdentityNowCollaborating with IT engineering to drive solution adoptionEnsuring SailPoint IGA optimization and periodic reviewsInterpreting and implementing security policies and standardsDesigning and maintaining process workflows and documentationSupporting and resolving system incidents, problems, and changesIdeal Candidate:
Self-motivated with strong technical skills and the ability to learn quicklyPassionate about solving complex security problems while minimizing employee frictionExcellent communication and collaboration skillsbility to translate technical issues to diverse audiencesStrong understanding of business needs and commitment to delivering high-quality service
