SailPoint IdentityNow Excellent Knowledge on IGA Fundamentals: Identity and Access Management Lifecycle Access Management Authentication and Authorization integrations Application Onboarding Entitlement Catalog Roles, Reports and Rules Tasks (Aggregation/Refresh/Perform Maintenance)Role Mining Customer Identity and Access Management Access Governance / Recertification Provisioning Object Model Custom Connectors Connector/Integration Architecture
Role Description:
Ability to lead technical delivery of IAM projects. Ability of design SailPoint solution and integrations. Identify right deliverables for engineering team to execute. Manage client engagement for IGA solution to validate business/technical requirements and present optimal solution. Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills Superior problem solving and troubleshooting skills. Development of workflows, rules, and custom connectors in SailPoint IdentityNow solution On-boarding applications into SailPoint solution based on different connectors. Assist the offshore team in the development, requirement analysis, design and implementation of factory development. Upgrade and enhance the system as per new releases and patches and fulfil new requirements. Experience in integrating HR Systems, Active Directory Should have ability to implement technical solution which meets all functional/nonfunctional requirements with very less customization at the product level. Should be able to lead overall IGA product configuration and implementation. Should be proficient in recertification concepts and be able to be guide configuration in IGA solution. Should be able to generate standard or customize reports as per business needs Should have performed a lead role in experience. Should have good understanding of Operational processes. Should have performed client-facing roles in past. Should have worked with any international client in past. Good experience in managing client relationship.
