Technical Qualifications:
Possess intermediate or higher SailPoint IDN experience.
Experience with SailPoint IDN deployment, configuration, connector configuration, and integration with target systems.
Configure and develop adapters and connectors with various systems and databases for account provisioning, de-provisioning, and updates to user accounts.
Experience with programming languages like Java, JavaScript, JSP/Servlets, and Web Technologies: SPML/SOAP, web and application servers, XML.
Solid understanding of SOX requirements for access governance, and experience managing complex directory service and IAM environments.
Experience with SailPoint APIs, REST APIs, for application/target system integration needs.
Scripting and programming skills, shell/Perl, interfacing to LDAP using APIs.
Experience developing and implementing Access Request forms/workflows and provisioning / de-provisioning of user access. Customization of product functionality to meet business requirements.
Experience with Oracle, SQL Server and/or other relational databases.
Develops a standardized application integration pattern for flat file applications, applications leveraging Java Database Connectivity (JDBC), applications using SailPoint connectors, custom connectors.
Develop/Customize workflows, forms, rules, policies, reports, and certifications.
Develop API services for access requests and certifications and design custom screens for requesting access and approvals.

Active participation in requirements gathering and use case development.
Minimum of 2-3 years of experience working with SailPoint IdentityNow technologies, concepts, and features.
Proficiency in developing technical project plans and assisting in project resourcing.
Experience in designing and executing test cases and test plans specific to SailPoint solutions.
Strong development background, especially in JAVA, and Proficient in Java and scripting capabilities.
Effective communication skills, with the ability to translate and present technical information to various levels of the organization.
Hands-on experience with IdentityNow Administration and Implementation.
Development or contribution to technical project plans with regular tracking and reporting.
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a closely related field.
