React JS Technical Lead

Akkodis is seeking a React JS Technical Lead for a Contract job with a client in Minneapolis, MN/ Dallas, TX . You will be responsible for developing web applications for Online Banking and Money Movement, ensuring high-quality output and timely delivery. Additionally, you'll collaborate with business users and analysts to gather requirements and create comprehensive design documents. Rate Range: $54/hour to $57/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors. React JS Technical Lead job responsibilities include: Lead the architecture and design of scalable and maintainable web applications using React.js, ensuring alignment with industry best practices. Conduct thorough code reviews to ensure adherence to coding standards, improve code quality, and promote best practices among team members. Provide mentorship and guidance to junior developers, fostering a collaborative environment that encourages innovation and professional growth. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, prioritize tasks, and manage sprints effectively in an Agile environment. Oversee the integration of RESTful APIs and third-party services, ensuring smooth data flow and application performance. Continuously monitor and optimize application performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement solutions to improve user experience and application efficiency. Desired Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or a related field. 5 years of experience in software development with a focus on React.js and front-end technologies. Proven experience leading technical teams and managing project lifecycles. Strong understanding of web technologies, including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and RESTful APIs.
