We're looking for a Quality Assurance Lead to join their team and help maintain their high standards Schedule: 6:00am - 2:30pm, Monday - Friday Pay rate: $18 - $23/hr. Quality Assurance Lead responsibilities: Monitor product quality by inspecting visual and dimensional conformance to specifications. Ensure start-up and in-process tolerances are met throughout the shift. Perform dimensional inspections using Calipers, Micrometers, Gage pins, indicators, and CMM machines. Complete Non-Conforming Material Reports (N.C.M.R.S) and move products to the hold area as needed. Perform final inspections and approve products for shipping, completing Certificates of Conformance. Communicate professionally with customers and coordinate work assignments with line inspectors across shifts. Inspect incoming materials, maintain a clean work area, follow safety policies, and perform other duties as assigned. Qualified candidates will have five years of quality control experience. Actual base compensation will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including, but not limited to, geographic location, actual experience, and job performance.
