You will handle the analysis, recommendation, and deployment of desktop/laptop environments and manage software and driver lifecycles. Your work will enhance our client service culture and drive continuous improvement in IT operations. Requirements: 3 years of experience with SCCM/MECM and Configuration Manager 3 years of Office365/Active Directory; software packaging and deployment 5 years of experience in IT infrastructure and endpoint systems Experience with Microsoft Intune, Windows OS 10/11, Citrix, PowerShell, etc Strong problem-solving skills and ability to tackle complex challenges. Self-motivated and able to work independently and in a team.
