Who We Are Looking For:
The CRM Specialist plays a pivotal role in driving stakeholder engagement and adoption through strategic CRM management. This position focuses on optimizing the CRM system to enhance stakeholder experiences, ultimately improving client satisfaction and supporting business growth. The CRM Specialist collaborates with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless communication and maximize the effectiveness of marketing automation tools.
Our preferred candidate will have prior experience in the AEC industry, and an interest in working in a dynamic global design environment with a diverse range of public assembly building types, including sports venues, convention centers, and transportation facilities.
What Your Day Could Consist Of:
Maintain and cleanse CRM databases to ensure data accuracy, integrity, and system performance.Develop and manage segmented customer lists based on behaviors, preferences, and demographics.Identify opportunities for process improvements within the CRM system and recommend efficiency solutions.Provide ongoing user support, including troubleshooting and delivering training sessions on CRM features and best practices.Implement CRM management best practices to streamline operations and improve user experience.Oversee the Preference Centre, ensuring easy customer access to manage communication preferences.Create clear, engaging materials for on-demand CRM task training.Report to the Pursuits Director on client targeting and CRM alignment with business strategy.Collaborate with Market Leaders on client initiatives and relationship tracking.Generate multi-channel marketing reports using tools like Microsoft Dynamics 365, Google Analytics, and Power BI.Requirements For Success:
Proven experience with key marketing software, including CRM tools and Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Planner).Preferred familiarity with Google Analytics, LinkedIn Ads, Google AdWords, Photoshop, and Power BI.Customer-focused with strong organizational, project management, and communication skills (verbal, technical writing, creative writing, proofreading, and editing).Proactive in seeking new tasks, responsibilities, and feedback.Effective in upward communication, advising managers of progress, identifying problems, and presenting solutions.Able to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.Positive attitude with strong problem-solving skills.Essential Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business administration, or a related field.Possess at least 2 years of experience in Professional Services or a B2B environment.Architecture, Engineering or Construction Industry a plus.
