Who We Are Looking For:
The Talent and Learning Manager is responsible for facilitating leadership and essential skills training, partnering with leaders and employees to assess learning needs, and developing high-quality training programs, both in-house and through external vendors. This role also oversees reporting from the Learning Management System (LMS) and other vendor tools, while evaluating and assessing the effectiveness of all programs. Additionally, the position identifies developmental needs and arranges suitable training solutions for employees.
What Your Day Could Consist Of:Coordinates the annual training and development needs assessment.Creates evaluations for all training programs, using them to drive continuous improvement.Facilitates training and development programs in collaboration with internal partners.Develops and maintains training calendar.Obtains and/or develops effective training materials utilizing a variety of media.Plans, organizes, and manages employee development and training events, including ordering necessary supplies.Develops and maintains internal communication (e.g., intranet, email) to keep employees informed about training and development opportunities.Works collaboratively with management and HR teams to support organizational goals.Manages the LMS, ensuring smooth functionality and overseeing any upgrades or changes as needed.Requirements For Success:
High integrity and ability to maintain confidentiality.Strong alignment with the organization's culture and philosophies.Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.Strong presentation and communication skills.Coaching experience and familiarity with leadership assessment tools (e.g., 360 assessments) is a plus.Ability to adapt gracefully to changing priorities, people, and situations with a strong sense of urgency.Proven ability to present effectively to both small and large groups. Excellent interpersonal skills.Strong multitasking abilities..Certifications in Crucial Conversations or other industry-leading training programs a plus.Proficient in MS Word, Outlook (Calendar Management), Excel and PowerPoint.Essential Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in psychology, Organizational Development, Human Resources, Learning Design or related field.Seven to ten years of experience facilitating in person training, with strong preference for candidates with leadership experience.A dditional details:
Travel about 40% of your time is required.Overtime may be required on occasion.
