Who We Are Looking For:

The HRIS (Human Resources Information System) Manager leads the HRIS function for the organization. This position will primarily focus on implementation of the first global HRIS for the company. In parallel with the system implementation, this person will address process improvement and system automation, aligning the HRIS system with industry best practices. The individual will drive change and continuous improvement in user experience, process documentation, and system security. This role will not have direct reports, but will need to work with multiple stakeholders, including regional business leaders, HR leaders and teams, to define requirements and configure the system to meet the needs of a global business. Once the system is implemented, this person will manage ongoing maintenance, updates, changes in configuration, and internal user support.

What Your Day Could Consist Of:Supports, configures, administers, or partners with vendors to manage all modules within the Human Resources Information System (HRIS). This includes but is not limited to Talent Acquisition, Onboarding, Compensation & Benefits, Manager Workflows, Payroll, and Performance. The complete list of modules to be implemented will need to be fully defined.Participates in or leads projects to implement new systems, modules and HRIS interfaces.Maintain integrity of HR data into and from all connected systems (primarily Deltek).Acts as primary point of contact for HR data audits and security procedures.Supports HR decision-making and process improvements by providing sound reporting, context, analyses, and recommends best practices for system configuration.Maintains compliance with all global HR data and systems requirements.Ensures all platform updates are documented and tested prior to adoption into the live environment.Safeguards sensitive user information and system data.Performs regular audits and process reviews to resolve data issues, improves accuracy, and identifies potential process enhancements and opportunities to automate.Documents internal processes, training manuals, and controls.Requirements For Success:

Bachelor's degree in human resources, business, finance, or a related field, or equivalent work experience in a similar discipline5+ years of experience working in Human Resources3+ years of experience managing a global HRISExperience leading an HRIS/HCM system implementation, migration, or data conversion requiredFamiliarity with role-based permissions and system security administration.Demonstrated ability to research, analyze, and fix technical issues, or recommend viable alternativesStrong proficiency with MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)Additional details:

Travel may be required.Occasional overtime may be requiredProlonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
