Kforce has a client in Brooklyn, NY that is seeking a Salesforce Technical Administrator.
The Salesforce Technical Administrator will be responsible for overall production Development/admin of projects, defining the stories, requirements, documentation development, and overall collaboration with internal teams. Responsibilities:
* Monitoring of product bug queues in order to validate, triage and prioritize fixes
* The Salesforce Technical Administrator will be learning internal systems and data flows, and documenting triage steps as needed
* Develop a broad knowledge base to serve as the business go-to individual as issues or questions arise
* Analyzing and modifying Salesforce metadata (fields, object, email templates, reports as well as declarative automation)
* As a Salesforce Technical Administrator, you will perform source system analysis and requirements gathering with internal/external customers
Required Skills : * 1-2 years of technology experience as a business analyst * Experience working within Salesforce * SQL and knowledge of reporting is a plus, but no programming experience needed * Ability to grasp new concepts and technologies quickly in a fast-paced environment * Need an understanding of data and how it relates to ecosystems * Demonstrated sense of personal and team accountability * Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to facilitate effective business analysis, planning, and prioritization * Well organized, with strong attention to detail * Professional team player; ability to work with a variety of personalities * Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing prioritiesBasic Qualification :Additional Skills :Rank :A1Requested Date :2023-02-07
