• 1-2 year's technology experience as a business analyst• Salesforce• SQL• Need an understanding of data and how it relates to ecosystemsRequired Skills : Kforce has a client in Brooklyn, NY that is seeking a Production Support/BA. The Production Support/BA will be responsible for overall production support/admin of projects, defining the stories, requirements, documentation development, and overall collaboration with internal teams. Responsibilities: * Resolving real-time customer-facing problems on a service desk queue * The Production Support/BA will be monitoring of product bug queues in order to validate, triage and prioritize fixes * Learning internal systems and data flows, and documenting triage steps as needed * Develop a broad knowledge base to serve as the business go-to individual as issues or questions arise * The Production Support/BA will be analyzing and modifying Salesforce metadata (fields, object, email templates, reports as well as declarative automation) * Perform source system analysis and requirements gathering with internal/external customers.
