The expertise and Skills You Bring
This nimble team will have flexible skills and ability to evolve our working model over time, allowing team members to work as a close-knit team, play a variety of roles, and develop and lead in different areas as business needs change. Using agile and collaborative approaches, the team will lead:
- Channel Strategy & Planning: Work with PE leadership team to develop an integrated channel strategy, clear priorities, and aligned resources, and will lead ongoing coordination of broader resources against the PE strategy to maximize impact on fewer, bigger things
- Partnerships & Integration: Build partnerships & processes with business partners and adjacent organizations to anticipate shared goals, partner on outcomes?, and scale efforts
- Transformation & Service Model design: Lead the design & delivery of transformation, service model, & career pathing efforts
Day-to-day skills used in the role will be a combination of program management, strategic consulting, and transformation / test-and-learn / service model design.
Ideal candidate has experience working in or supporting distribution channels at Fidelity, as well as skills in service model design / program management. Working as a collaborative team member and business partner while also taking proactive ownership of bodies of work is critical, autonomously leading on behalf of others while ensuring alignment to a central strategy.
Experience needed:
- Strong understanding of PI, WI, and / or TEM distribution models necessary
- Proven program management, process improvement, consulting, service model, transformation (or similar) experience necessary
- Proven ability to manage effectively in a fast paced, high pressure and high visibility environment
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Mix of experience within home office and distribution preferred
- Experience working with agile or agile-like teams preferred

The Team
The Participant Engagement organization is comprised of TEM’s two participant-facing groups: TEMPA (TEM Planning & Advice) and WEPA (Workplace Education, Planning, & Advice), which provide education & planning solutions to workplace participants both via phone and on site at plan sponsors.
The PE Channel Strategy & Transformation team is responsible for working across both WEPA & TEMPA, in partnership with the Participant Engagement leadership team, to define the collective vision, strategy, and objectives for Participant Engagement, and to recommend, prioritize, and help implement channel strategies and service model improvements.

The team will act as the central hub for assessing, prioritizing, and leading the implementation of Participant Engagement channel strategies and optimization efforts. Working in an agile-like manner, team members will engage across the business to ensure strategic efforts address the most critical needs of the organization, and reflect the voice of associates and leaders across the groups. On an ongoing basis, the team will lead the business in efforts to ensure the channels and associate roles are designed and operating to most effectively serve participants, engage associates, and deliver results that drive Fidelity’s business objectives.
