What you'll be doing:
Apply subject matter expertise to evaluate and improve customer operations and processes.Pursue and win business for Caltrol employing a team selling approach.Present and demonstrate PMG products and solutions to customers including organization and execution of PRV/Tank University events, Demo Skid events and new technology presentations.Establish and maintain long term, mutually beneficial relationships with key customer decision makers with a focus on EPC's, OEM's, end user Engineering teams, maintenance, operations, management, and other end user decision makers.Manage and strengthen supplier relationships including facilitating joint sales calls, training, and project pursuit.Work with inside sales and operations team(s) to meet customer expectations for "non-standard" products and/or applications.Provide strategic and technical guidance to sales team on key opportunities and projects.Coordinate with Account Manager's efforts to expand Caltrol's presence at new and existing accounts.Participate with industry groups and in vendor events coordinating messaging for the PMG business unit and products.Provide direct support for EMR sales data reporting including participation in annual Growth Reviews and Impact Partner Planning Conferences.What we're looking for:
5-10 years of experience in technical sales with documented background in Pressure Protection Products and Services.Must have 5+years' experience selling pre3ssure protection products.Four-year engineering degree preferred
OR
significant relatable product sales or Pressure Protection industry experience.Demonstrated interest and aptitude for acquiring technical and mechanical knowledge and expertise.Ability to establish and maintain value-based customer relationships.Ability to handle special assignments and schedule demanding workload requirements to meet customer deadlines.Highly organized with the ability to self-manage and meet business development expectations.Strong presentation skills.AGC, Farris, or Consolidated training/certifications a huge plus!Hiring Range:
The hiring range for this position starts at
$110,000 annual (base) plus Quarterly Profit Sharing . This is the pay scale range Caltrol reasonably expects to pay for this position at the time of this posting. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and may vary based on geographic region, skills, qualifications, and experience of the candidate along with the requirements of the position.

Expected Hours / Work Schedule:
The job is scheduled Monday-Friday. Employee is expected to be available 8 hours during normal business hours, starting no later than 8:00 am, and staying until at least 4:00 pm. Extended hours as required by customer needs may also occur.
Work Environment:
This job is performed primarily at home and at customer sites throughout Caltrol's region.The PMG SME should reside near key customers with expected daily travel.When at home, employee is responsible for setting the work environment to their needs.
When on customer sites, the environments will vary. Sites can be loud, may be warm in summer or cold in winter, and may include both indoor and outdoor sites. Customer sites will require the use of Personal Protection Equipment, which will vary, but at a minimum will include safety shoes, gloves, hearing protection, and safety glasses.
Physical Demands:
This job will require significant amounts of sitting. A standing desk may be available if accommodations are required. This job requires the use of a computer and a telephone.
Employee will be expected to drive/fly to customer sites throughout Caltrol's territory. While on site, employee may need to climb or bend, and may occasionally lift up to 50 lbs.
Travel:
Approximately 80% of the job involves travel; most travel will occur within Caltrol region. Travel will require frequent overnight stays.
