This individual will play an instrumental role in supporting critical escalated issues and customer requests, centered around Axon Records NIBRS. We need a self-starter who excels in a high-paced, evangelistic startup environment, focusing on law enforcement, thriving on resolving software issues, and building strong customer relationships.Location: Hybrid - Must report into one of our Hub locations listed below(Scottsdale AZ, Seattle WA, Boston MA, Denver CO, Atlanta GA)Reports to: Manager, Software Support What You'll Do Work as a member of the Software Support TeamSupport agencies in National Incident-Based Reporting System (NIBRS) submission and certificationRepresent Axon's NIBRS technical expertise to an agency through superior support serviceCollaborate with the customer and make the right technical decisions to accomplish their intended outcomesCoordinate with State and Federal authorities on NIBRS changes/updates and proactively engage Axon resources to prepare our customers for any changesResearching, diagnosing, troubleshooting and identifying solutions to resolve NIBRS validation issuesFollow up with clients to ensure their systems are fully functional after troubleshootingLog & provide detailed notes on each customer interactionDevelop knowledge base articles on top issuesSolve problems effectively in an ever-evolving environmentReport bugs and trends to the necessary Axon teamsProactively improve knowledge and develop analytical and technical skillsJoin Forces with the Product and Engineering team to ensure national and state standards are accurately definedCollaborate with Sales Operation teams on workflows, approvals, quality where applicableProvides ongoing NIBRS training & SupportAudit forms and product specification standardsWhat You Bring5+ years experience in Law Enforcement technologyBachelor's degree or equivalent experience requiredMinimum of 3+ years of SAAS experienceExtremely strong communicator (both oral & written)Ability to influence cross-functionally to achieve resultsAbility to articulate at a technical level appropriate to the circumstanceStrong organizational skillsAbility to work collaboratively and autonomouslyMust be able to pass a CJIS Level 4 background checkDeep level understanding of the National Incident Based Reporting System (NIBRS) submission requirementsBenefits that Benefit YouCompetitive salary and 401k with employer matchDiscretionary paid time offPaid parental leave for allMedical, Dental, Vision plansFitness ProgramsEmotional & Mental Wellness supportLearning & Development programsAnd yes, we have snacks in our officesBenefits listed herein may vary depending on the nature of your employment and the location where you work.The Pay: Axon is a total compensation company, meaning compensation is made up of base pay, bonus, and stock awards. The starting base pay for this role is between USD 55,958 in the lowest geographic market and USD 89,532 in the highest geographic market. The actual base pay is dependent upon many factors, such as: level, function, training, transferable skills, work experience, business needs, geographic market, and often a combination of all these factors.
