Description
The Senior Superintendent - Construction - DC Area will have the following responsibilities:
- Lead and manage all phases of construction projects to ensure they are completed on time and within budget.
- Supervise and mentor project teams, promoting a culture of safety and quality.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including clients, subcontractors, and internal teams.
- Utilize construction management software and tools to track project progress and maintain accurate documentation.
Profile
The Senior Superintendent - Construction - DC Area will be:
- 5-15 years of construction supervisory experience, with a background in general contracting or builder-developer environments.
- Proven history of managing large-scale projects, particularly in the multifamily and government sectors.
- Strong organizational, leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
- Proficient in construction management software, including MS Office Suite, MS Project, and Procore.
- OSHA-30 certification is required.
- Strong tenure at current/previous employers.
- A degree in construction management or a related field is preferred, but not required.
