Role

Description:We're looking for a Senior Scheduler who will be responsible for a comprehensive schedule control system, including day-to-day planning activities and the integration of contractor schedules into the overall project schedule.

Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop the project planning and scheduling controls strategy, plans, and procedures, reflecting both BP and contractor roles and responsibilitiesAdhere to the segment financial and business and project processesProvide the necessary schedules to ensure the development of proper estimates and studies within a project stageCoordinate and develop appropriate internal and external schedule benchmarksPrepare and implement project-wide work breakdown structure (WBS) / cost breakdown structure (CBS), working with the Cost EngineerEnsure the preparation and development of appropriate detail and summary project control schedulesImplement and monitor schedules within each project stage and for the entire project until completion or close-outLook ahead to ensure readiness to progress forward with worksEnsure the preparation and develop the interface scheduleCoordinate preparation of schedule risk analysisProvide schedule input to and implement the schedule element of the risk management planCoordinate the development of risk mitigation plans as delegatedLink schedule element of risk process to change process and estimatePrepare and implement project-wide progress measurement and reporting system, including roll-up levels, section weightings, and reporting cycle calendarDevelop and issue various reports to appropriate stakeholdersPrepare and present project information to appropriate stakeholdersDevelop a project closeout planPerform additional duties as assignedPreferred Qualifications/ Relevant Experience

A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in project controls and time/schedule managementProficient and expert experience level using project scheduling tools (MS Project, Primavera P6, Acumen Suite)Ability to coordinate & organize multiple sources of schedule inputs/performance data into a master schedule platform and deliver project/program status reports as requiredOrganized and detail oriented
