Role

Description: We are looking for a Scheduler who will perform various functions, which primarily involve providing expertise in project controls, scheduling, and schedule analysis; earned value management, and construction activities in support of a Program. They ensure that the project is carried out within the projected timeframe.

Key ResponsibilitiesCreate a high-level master schedule that incorporates the initial CPM schedule and the contractors' scheduleTrack critical activities and changes to the critical path impacting the projectKeep an eye on program milestones and interdependenciesUtilize industry-accepted methodologies to analyze delaysProvide information on items impacting the project scheduleResponsible for spotting the critical path, as well as proffering alternatives to regain slippage to the scheduleStrategize ways to negotiate claims, including office overhead, labor, and equipment costsResponsible for providing technical support in claims litigationDocument changes integrated into the project scheduleProvide a summary and report on project progressSpot project risks and include impact analysis for review by the project teamResponsible for maintaining current and standardized job filesPerform additional duties as assignedPreferred Qualifications/ Relevant Experience

A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in project controls and time/schedule managementProficient and expert experience level using project scheduling tools (MS Project, Primavera P6, Acumen Suite)Ability to coordinate & organize multiple sources of schedule inputs/performance data into a master schedule platform and deliver project/program status reports as requiredExperienced user of Excel, Word, and PowerPointOracle Team Member user access is preferred
