Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day office operations, including answering phones, filing, and handling correspondence.Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for managers or supervisors.Prepare reports, presentations, and documents as required.Organize and maintain office files, both physical and digital.Serve as the point of contact for office supplies and vendor relations, ensuring all necessary items are stocked and ordered in a timely manner.Greet and assist visitors, ensuring a positive and professional office environment.Handle sensitive information in a confidential and secure manner.Assist with bookkeeping duties such as processing invoices and managing expense reports.Collaborate with other departments for event planning, scheduling, and administrative tasks.Provide general support to ensure the smooth operation of the office.Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications as an administrative assistant or in office management is a plus.Proven experience as an administrative assistant, office assistant, or in a relevant administrative role.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).Excellent time management skills and ability to multitask and prioritize work.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Ability to work independently and solve problems efficiently.Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative assistant role is an advantage.Bonus Points:
