AP is primarily supported from Seattle and Arlington (HQ2) and operationally executed from nine Support Center locations globally.Key job responsibilitiesThe support and planning of several key finance deliverablesDevelop and maintain a one stop shop system and process for all documentation both electronically and manuallyComplete a high volume of tasks and projects quickly with little guidanceReact with appropriate urgency to situations and events that require a quick response or turnaroundManage complex calendars and scheduling to support teams in multiple locationsTrack and help drive completion of key deliverables and follow up on outstanding items (including meeting notes and action items)Organize, prioritize and appropriately handle time-sensitive, confidential information and ensure action required is addressed in a timely mannerCoordinate global schedules and seamless meeting logistics, such as video conference and conference calls for internal and external meetings, staff meeting agendas, all-hands meetings, off-sites, etcWork closely with the leadership team, recruiting and other Executive Assistants to provide support to the organizationDocument writing, editing, and readinessEnsure accurate archiving of departmental data on appropriate sitesManagement of team space, including moves and reconfigurationExpense reimbursement including report coordination, submission and issue trackingHave fun at work and help others do the sameA day in the life*Team Culture*Here at Amazon, we embrace our differences. The base pay for this position ranges from $66,800/year in our lowest geographic market up to $142,800/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
