The associate will play a crucial role in supporting our IT infrastructure. You will be responsible for ensuring the reliability and security of our systems, assisting with technical issues, and implementing IT solutions that align with our business objectives. For this role you will be able to perform any mission critical tasks for business continuity as it pertains to Information Technology. Good project management, the ability to work well in a group project environment as well as in individual assignments are a must. Good interpersonal skills as it relates to interactions with CEM associates desired. Must be able to work independently and have good problem-solving skills. Experience in developing support and user documentation will be required.Key Responsibilities:System Administration:

Manage and maintain our network, servers, and hardware, ensuring optimal performance and security.Technical Support:

Provide technical support to employees, troubleshoot issues, and resolve problems efficiently.Software Management:

Install, configure, and update software applications, ensuring compatibility and compliance with company standards.Security:

Implement and monitor security measures to protect against cyber threats and ensure data integrity.Project Implementation:

Assist in the planning and execution of IT projects, including system upgrades, migrations, and new technology deployments.Documentation:

Maintain accurate records of IT assets, configurations, and changes, and create documentation for procedures and troubleshooting.Collaboration:

Work closely with other departments to understand their technology needs and provide tailored solutions.Qualifications:Two-year degree in the computer sciences from an accredited institution is required (or 8 years of equivalent experience). Four-year degree (with 5 years experience) preferred.Microsoft Operating Systems (Windows 11, Server 2012-2022) Good administration experience with Active Directory, User Administration, File and Directory Structure and Network Security.Cloud Computing Experience with Azure tenant management and general cloud architecture.Good Network system administration skills needed. (Including experience in VMs and managing application specific servers.Microsoft D365 and O365 products Experience installing, configuring and supporting all MS products in these families.Experience with AI platforms (mainly CoPilot and ChatGPT).Laptop and Desktop systems - Experience in configuration and installations. Needs to be able to troubleshoot hardware or software problems on initial setup and create corrective measures. Must also be able to diagnose problems with systems after installation due to configurations or user error.Security End user and administrative utility experience with Sophos Endpoint (or other security suites).Cisco Unified communication suite Experience in user/extension/voicemail configuration, setup and reporting is desired. This includes physical phone setup and associate training.Documentation Strong documentation skills, both technical and end-user.
