Job Summary
Colas Inc is in search of an Executive Assistant to support members of the executive team. This position participates in all the services necessary for the smooth running of the company. Is in contact with the company's employees, internal departments and external service providers.
Salary Range - $70-90k Depending on Experience
Main Responsibilities
Provides direct administrative support for executive team.Prepares and assists in preparing PowerPoint presentations and other documents as neededPrepares and organizes, and takes notes at meetingsAssist the executive team with implementing and maintaining policies, procedures, and safety records.Prepare and submit reports, records, and statistics to the management and relevant authorities.Provide administrative support to the executive Team, such as managing calendars, booking travel, and handling correspondence.Create and update content for our website, social media, and newsletters, using various media formats, such as text, images, and videosPerform other duties as assigned by the executive teamMay assist executives with expense reports and various purchasesAssists in special projects as requestedExperience
Minimum 2 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or a similar role, preferably in the construction industryExperience in communications, marketing, or video production is a plusTeams, Google Docs, and Microsoft OfficeAbility to learn new software and systems quicklyExcellent verbal and written communication skills, with attention to detail and accuracyStrong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to prioritize and multitaskAbility to work independently and as part of a team, with a positive and proactive attitudeAbility to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretionValid Driver's License and ability to maintain a clean driving recordExperience in the construction or manufacturing industry preferredMust have a strong sense of business acumen and professionalismMust be able to communicate directly but tactfully to company leadersMust have the ability and tact to handle sensitive and timely informationMust have outstanding verbal and written communication skillsMust be well organized and a self-starter requiring minimal directionStrong organizational and follow-through skills to prioritize workAbility to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a time-sensitive environmentColas Inc. and its subsidiaries are an Equal Opportunity Employer.
