Job Summary
Colas Inc is in search of an Executive Assistant to support members of the executive team. This position participates in all the services necessary for the smooth running of the company. Is in contact with the company's employees, internal departments and external service providers.
Salary Range - $70-90k Depending on Experience
Main Responsibilities
Provides direct administrative support for executive team. Prepares and assists in preparing PowerPoint presentations and other documents as needed Prepares and organizes, and takes notes at meetings Assist the executive team with implementing and maintaining policies, procedures, and safety records. Prepare and submit reports, records, and statistics to the management and relevant authorities. Provide administrative support to the executive Team, such as managing calendars, booking travel, and handling correspondence. Create and updatecontent for our website, social media, and newsletters, using various media formats, such as text, images, and videos Perform other duties as assigned by the executive team May assist executives with expense reports and various purchases Assists in special projects as requested
Experience
Minimum 2 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or a similar role, preferably in the construction industry Experience in communications, marketing, or video production is a plus Teams, Google Docs, and Microsoft Office Ability to learn new software and systems quickly Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with attention to detail and accuracy Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to prioritize and multitask Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a positive and proactive attitude Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion Valid Driver's License and ability to maintain a clean driving record Experience in the construction or manufacturing industry preferred Must have a strong sense of business acumen and professionalism Must be able to communicate directly but tactfully to company leaders Must have the ability and tact to handle sensitive and timely information Must have outstanding verbal and written communication skills Must be well organized and a self-starter requiring minimal direction Strong organizational and follow-through skills to prioritize work Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a time-sensitive environment Colas Inc. and its subsidiaries are an Equal Opportunity Employer.
