Sr. Financial Planning & Analysis Analyst

A client in the Portland, OR area is seeking a REMOTE Senior Financial Planning and Analysis Analyst. This resource will work under the Director of FP&A. This resource will provide business and financial support to upper management teams through the annual budget processes, improving data consistency and integrity, development of operational KPIs and associated reporting, and creating analytical tools to support better decision-making.
Responsibilities will include, but not limited to:-Will work cross functionally with all LOBs to provide data driven solutions-Owns creation of data models and forecasting solutions-Provide analytics at moth, quarter and year end on project results-Help create more accessible/digestible data for teams

Required Skills & Experience-Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or specialized training/certification or equivalent work experience-3-5 years of experience in financial/analytical positions
Avanced Excel skills including, formula efficiency, pivot tables, v-look ups, and more-Knowledge of ETL processes and PowerQuery-Customer driven mentality and superior written and verbal skills
Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching.
