Job Description:

The

Digital Workflow Integration Consultant

represents Envista's full suite of digital hardware, software, and consumable offerings to end-customers - private practices, Dental Service Organizations, and Dental Laboratories. The Digital Workflow Integration Consultant is an expert in end-to-end clinical workflows (from image acquisition to surgical treatment, to final restorative execution) and uses this expertise to educate and facilitate the use of Nobel Biocare digital workflow via software adoption consumable use. The Digital Workflow Integration Consultant specializes in software and workflow training and integration services in a clinical environment for both Nobel Biocare's customers and its Digital sales team.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Coordinate and facilitate digital workflow trainings for customers and sales personnelSupport and accelerate growth of the Nobel Biocare NobelProcera and restorative portfolio inclusive of our digital innovations, through training and education initiativesDevelop and implement a training plan for partner customers and competitive targets, to drive growth of Nobel Biocares product portfolioMaintain regular contact with sales members to drive training activity in each regionAssess training deficiencies for workflow and create content to enhance Nobel Biocares offeringBuild and lead personalized, customer presentations for prospective customersBe a Technical subject matter expert of Envista digital solutions, including but not limited to: DTX Studio, 3Shape, exocad, X-Guide, IOS, 3D Printing, photogrammetry, and ProstheticsStudy competitive and adjacent products, technologies, clinical studies, industry trends, and other general information of interest to customersFrequent travel approximately 40% including some nights/weekends for contact with existing and potential customers.Work trade shows / customer marketing & education events (e.g., Envista OpCo symposia)Support DSO/Institutional customers with digital training support for prosthetic business via Mahwah Dental LabWork closely with our Director of Business Development and Education to drive T&E initiativesFrequent lecturing and presenting to audiences of clinicians and techniciansJob Requirements:

Required:

Bachelors' Degree preferred.5+ years of sales or technical experience within Envista or 8 years' of digital medical device experience outside of Envista (e.g. capital equipment/software, and/or prosthetic and laboratory experience3+ years' experience working with and extensive knowledge of digital workflows within dentistry, especially dental implantology.Must be willing to travel at least 3 weeks per month (4 days at a time)Preferred Qualifications:

Successful track record with the use of prosthetics, implant, and CAD/CAM workflows.Strong verbal / written communication and interpersonal skills.Demonstrated ability to digest, to comprehend, and verbalize highly technical product and clinical information related to company and industry products.Team player who can work independently.Advanced presentation dental software skills - strong ability to influence others.Advanced experience with CAD/CAM dental application/materials.Clinical and/or technical experience with live patient cases strongly preferred.Advanced skills in digital treatment for edentulous patients.Physical Requirements:

Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.Must be able to lift 15 pounds at times.Must be able to travel.

Target Market Salary Range:

Actual compensation packages take into account a wide range of factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to geographic location; skill sets; relevant education and certifications; depth of experience; performance; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed reasonable estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Envista, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. The total compensation package for this position may also include an annual performance bonus, medical/dental/vision benefits, 401K match, and/or other applicable compensation plans.
