Loading, transporting, and delivering items to clients or businesses in a safe, timely manner.Reviewing orders before and after delivery to ensure that orders are complete, the charges are correct, and the customer is satisfied.Assisting with loading and unloading items from vehicles to storage of Go Greek storesProviding excellent customer service, answering questions, and handling complaintsAdhering to assigned routes and following time schedules.Abiding by all transportation laws and maintaining a safe driving record.Preparing reports and other documents relating to deliveries.Operating equipment, van and dollyCorporate storage managingtake in deliveries and check for damaged or missing itemsuse lifting equipment to move stock around the warehouse to van (dolly)check stock levels and make sure items are stored correctlypack, wrap and load items to be dispatchedmaintaining a clean warehouseImplement a "first-in, first-out" loading system to prevent product spoilageOrganize the truck interior to maximize space, ease loading/unloading, and protect productsEnsure proper temperature settings for perishable productsRegularly clean and sanitize truck, equipment, and storage areasEnsure proper food handling practicesMinimum Qualifications, Knowledge, Skills, and Work Environment:Valid driver's license issued by the state where you intend to work.Clean driving record.Special licenses may be required to operate certain vehicles. commercialExperience requiredWillingness to adhere to assigned routes, schedules, safety procedures, and transportation laws.Strong time management and customer service skills.Ability to walk, drive, lift, and carry heavy items for extended periods within the transportation laws
