Job Summary:
The Executive Assistant to the Chief Financial Officer serves as an extension of the Acrisure Leadership Team, providing friendly, professional and confidential assistance in a fast-paced environment.
As an Executive Assistant, your success in this role is dependent on your superior attention to detail and ability to manage multiple competing priorities is critical. A high level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information is essential for success in this role.
Your ability to anticipate executive schedules with a forward-thinking mindset while simultaneously offering input and ideas for efficiencies will establish you as a trusted partner.
Responsibilities:
Set appointments/calls as neededMaintain calendars/contactsDialogue with other Executive support colleagues to ensure alignment of calendars, meeting needs and relatedManage travel plansOrganize various meetings among key stakeholders, both internal and external.Manage communicationHelp with prework/organizationSupport travel as neededFind and manage venuesGeneral follow up from meetings to ensure prompt follow through
Support documents and record keepingSupport various projects as they ariseRequirements:
Unquestionable character and work ethic, takes ownership of work, is accountable and learns from mistakes, and regularly goes above and beyond the call of dutyOutstanding communication skills with demonstrated ability to build effective working relationships across all levels within the organizationOrganizational skills are essential for successEducation/Experience:
Minimum of 5 years' experience providing Executive Assistant support for senior executives in a fast-paced corporate environment bachelor's degree preferred.Advanced knowledge and use of Microsoft OutlookStrong knowledge and use of Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and WordExperience with heavy calendaring involving competing schedules and plans, and the coordination of complex travel itineraries involving multiple partiesDemonstrated ability to effectively prioritize, plan, and execute Executive Assistant responsibilities in an organized and timely mannerStrong attention to detail, organization, and ability to independently troubleshoot unforeseen logistical issues.Polished presence and demonstrated ability to represent Acrisure in a professional mannerDemonstrated success organizing events varying in size and complexity including the management of event logistics, registration and attendee trackingRole requires presence in the office Monday-Friday at Studio Park in Grand RapidsBenefits & Perks:
