We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support our executives and family members. The ideal candidate will be a detail-oriented professional with excellent communication skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.Key Responsibilities:Administrative Support:
Provide comprehensive administrative support to executives and family members, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements.Communication:
Serve as the primary point of contact between executives, family members, and external parties. Handle correspondence, phone calls, and emails with professionalism and discretion.Event Planning:
Assist in planning and organizing family and business events, including logistics, invitations, and on-site coordination.Document Management:
Prepare, review, and manage documents, reports, and presentations. Ensure all records are accurately maintained and easily accessible.Project Coordination:
Support various projects by coordinating tasks, tracking progress, and ensuring deadlines are met.Personal Assistance:
Provide personal support to family members as needed, including running errands, managing household tasks, and coordinating personal appointments.Confidentiality:
Maintain the highest level of confidentiality and discretion in all matters.Qualifications:Experience:
Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role.Education:
