Essential Job Duties The Course Ready Data Analyst supports the comprehensive undergraduate course materials program through an active analysis of course material adoption, sales, and system data. The Data Analyst collaborates with the course materials, online retail, and sales operations teams at Wolfpack Outfitters to support the entire adoption, source, provision, supply, and return cycle. Specific duties include: Web Development Creating Data Imports Exports to/from NetSuiteERP Creating Reports/Saved search to Benchmark Course Ready Performance Campus Enterprises is NC State University's division of retail and hospitality organizations NC State Dining, NC State Stores, Lonnie Poole Golf Course, NC State Student Centers (Witherspoon and Talley), and the One Card Office. Each department is dedicated to providing service excellence, value, and enrichment of the student experience to support academic success. This is an hourly position with a 10-11 month assignment with a mandatory 32-day break at the end of 11 months. Requirements and Preferences Work Schedule 30-40 hours per week between the hours of 9am - 5pm, Monday through Friday Other Work/Responsibilities Be an ambassador for NC State Wolfpack Outfitters and the university as a whole enrich the quality of life for the campus community and support student success. Work as a cohesive team member and play an integral part in creating a positive work environment. Minimum Experience/Education Previous experience with bookstore systems (NetSuiteERPand Online; Verba Collect and Connect, etc) and university systems (Moodle, MyPack Portal, etc) is crucial for success in this role Department Required Skills Basic understanding of Excel and Google Suite Basic understanding of at least one type of visualization software Ability to understand, compile, organize, and analyze data Ability to work with cross-functional and diverse teams Anticipated Hiring Range: $18.00 AA/EEO NC State University is an equal opportunity and affirmative action employer.
