The Data Analyst collaborates with the course materials, online retail, and sales operations teams at Wolfpack Outfitters to support the entire adoption, source, provision, supply, and return cycle. Specific duties include: Web Development Creating Data Imports Exports to/from NetSuite ERP Creating Reports/Saved search to Benchmark Course Ready Performance Campus Enterprises is NC State University's division of retail and hospitality organizations - NC State Dining, NC State Stores, Lonnie Poole Golf Course, NC State Student Centers (Witherspoon and Talley), and the One Card Office. Each department is dedicated to providing service excellence, value, and enrichment of the student experience to support academic success. This is an hourly position with a 10-11 month assignment with a mandatory 32-day break at the end of 11 months. Minimum Experience/Education Previous experience with bookstore systems (NetSuite ERP and Online; Verba Collect and Connect, etc) and university systems (Moodle, MyPack Portal, etc) is crucial for success in this role Department Required Skills Basic understanding of Excel and Google Suite Basic understanding of at least one type of visualization software Ability to understand, compile, organize, and analyze data Ability to work with cross-functional and diverse teams Preferred Years Experience, Skills, Training, Education N/A Required License or Certification N/A Valid NC Driver's License required?
