We are looking for a highly organized, reliable, and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to support a top-producing real estate agent in Boulder. This role offers a structured, process-driven environment where you will assist in managing transactions, budgeting, and financial tracking, along with other essential administrative duties. If you thrive in a role that requires precision, consistency, and careful adherence to procedures, this position is ideal for you.
This is not a sales position.Key Responsibilities:Structured Transaction Management:
Support the management of real estate transactions from start to finish, ensuring all timelines are met and compliance with necessary procedures is maintained.Precise Documentation Handling:
Handle all real estate documents with high attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and completeness before submission. You'll manage listings and assist with inspections, contracts, and closings.Process-Driven Coordination:
Schedule and coordinate property listings, marketing, inspections, and client appointments according to predefined procedures and timelines.Budgeting & Financial Tracking:
Help monitor and track budgets for marketing, listings, and operational expenses. Assist in financial planning and ensure accurate record-keeping for transactions and payroll.Consistent Communication:
Act as the liaison between the agent, support staff, and clients, ensuring all parties are kept up-to-date on progress and timelines.Reliable Payroll & Bonus Distribution:
Assist with running payroll twice a month (on the 15th and 30th), as well as tracking and distributing bonuses in accordance with established criteria.Support for Online Marketing:
Follow a structured approach to assist with the agents social media and online marketing efforts, ensuring consistent branding and messaging.Travel as Required:
Run errands and assist with property-related tasks that require driving, such as showing coordination and delivering documents.Bonus Structure:Home Sale up to $2.999M per home: $750 bonusHome Sale between $3M and $5.999M per home: $1,000 bonusHome Sale between $6 and $9.999m per home: $2,500 bonusHome Sale between $10m and $14999.999m per home: $5000 bonusHome Sale between $15m and $24999.999m per home: $7500 bonusHome Sale between $25m and $29999.99m per home: $10,000 bonusHome Sale $30m+ per home: $12,500 BonusBonuses are distributed as follows: half on the 15th of the month following any closing and the remainder on the quarterly bonus payout dates (March 15, June 15, September 15, and December 15).Additional Benefits:Discretionary Holiday bonusIdeal Candidate Characteristics:Accuracy & Attention to Detail:
