Job Summary:
The Legal Receptionist will serve as the first point of contact for clients and visitors, primarily answering phone calls and greeting guests at the reception area.
This role requires a friendly and professional demeanor, along with prior reception experience.
The Legal Receptionist will assist with administrative tasks, handle inquiries, and ensure smooth communication flow within the office.
Key Responsibilities:Answer phones and direct calls to appropriate staff membersGreet guests and visitors in a professional and friendly mannerProvide excellent customer service and handle client inquiriesPerform basic administrative tasks such as managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and maintaining office suppliesAssist with document preparation and formatting using MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)Ensure the reception area is clean and well-organizedHandle multiple tasks and prioritize responsibilities efficientlyRequired Qualifications:
Minimum of 2 years of related business experience, preferably in a legal or administrative environmentProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPointStrong customer service and communication skillsDetail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneouslyExcellent organizational skills and proactive approach to workPreferred Qualifications:
Experience working in a law firm or legal environmentStrong administrative background with experience supporting office operations
