Salary: $180,000 - $200,000
Position Overview: The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of experience in real estate law, with a focus on complex litigation and corporate disputes. We are looking for a lateral partner-level attorney who is committed to a long-term, rewarding career. The candidate will be expected to handle a minimum of 1500 billable hours annually.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage complex matters involving commercial and real estate litigation.
- Handle homeowners association and common interest community disputes (CCIOA).
- Oversee corporate disputes and dissolution processes.
- Engage in arbitration, mediation, and other alternative dispute resolution matters.
- Address employment and labor issues, including claims under ADA, ADEA, and Title VII, as well as noncompete and non-solicitation disputes.
- Navigate construction defects and mechanic’s lien issues.
- Resolve intellectual property-related disputes.
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
- 10+ years of experience in real estate law, with a strong litigation background.
- Proven track record of managing complex legal matters and achieving successful outcomes.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Desire for a long-term and rewarding career with growth potential.
