Senior Real Estate Attorney - Commercial Real Estate/Leadership
Location: Denver, CO (Meridian Business Park)
Pay: $150,000 - $200,000, plus compelling bonus structure
Schedule: Full-time

Our client is a growing law firm seeking a Senior Real Estate Attorney to lead its expanding real estate practice. The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of experience in commercial real estate, be licensed to practice in Colorado, and possess strong leadership capabilities. A portable book of business is preferred but not required.

They are looking for you, a seasoned Senior Real Estate Attorney, to provide strategic leadership, handle complex real estate transactions, and drive the growth of the practice.

What you get to do:

  • Lead and build a growing real estate practice, mentoring junior attorneys and providing strategic direction.
  • Oversee complex commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, leasing (office, warehouse, retail), and title and survey negotiations.
  • Handle land use matters, multi/planned-use developments, easement agreements, and secured real estate financing.
  • Draft and negotiate covenants, commercial development, and construction agreements.
  • Build strong relationships with clients and meet annual billing and business development goals.
What you need to succeed:
  • 10+ years of relevant real estate experience, ideally at a lateral partner level.
  • Extensive experience in commercial real estate transactions and land use development.
  • Juris Doctor from an ABA-accredited law school.
  • Licensed to practice law in Colorado.
  • Leadership skills with a proven ability to grow and manage a real estate group.
  • Excellent drafting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
