They've delivered diverse projects across Vermont, New York, and Northern New England, including housing developments, office buildings, and public works. Based in South Burlington, the company is supported by a skilled team of estimators, project managers, superintendents, and administrators.
Description
The key responsibilites of the Assistant Project Manager will be:
Project Coordination: Assist in planning, scheduling, and coordinating all project activities to ensure timely completion.
Document Control: Manage RFIs, submittals, contracts, and change orders, ensuring proper organization and distribution.
Subcontractor Management: Support communication and coordination with subcontractors to meet project goals and timelines.
Budget Oversight: Help track project expenses, monitor budgets, and assist with change orders and invoicing.
Client Interaction: Maintain regular communication with clients, providing updates and addressing concerns
Profile
The successful Assistant Project Manager will be:
- 1-4 years of APM experience
- Commutable within 1 hour to Burlington, VT
- Multifamily Senior Living, K-12 Schools, Restaurant, Retail, General Commercial experience is a plus
