Job Title: Registered Nurse Job Specialty: Medical Surgical - Neuro/Ortho Job Duration: 13 Weeks Shift: Day: 3x12-Hour (07:00 - 19:30); Night: 3x12-Hour (19:00 - 07:30) Guaranteed Hours: Not specified Experience: Minimum of 2 years License: Compact License or Single State License required Certifications: BCLS required, CPI preferred Must-Have: Proficient experience in ortho/neuro settings Job Description: - Work in a unit with a medical, surgical, neurosurgery, and orthopedic focus.- First-time travelers are accepted.- Weekend work is required unless otherwise posted.- Flexibility to float within the hospital.- Not open to accommodating block schedule unless otherwise stated.- Local applicants are accepted with no difference in treatment.- Pending licenses are not accepted.- Limited to one week of requested time off.- Experience with the EPIC charting system is advantageous but not required.- Two references required upon application submission.- Comply with background and compliance requirements before the start date.- Participate in mandatory orientations and complete required modules. Note: The facility does not require a COVID-19 vaccine; the requirement for a flu vaccine is unknown. All orientations for RNs are scheduled twice per month.
