Job Summary:
The Head of Marketing will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive marketing strategy that drives growth, enhances brand awareness, and positions our product as the leading solution in the content marketing space. This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong background in B2B marketing, a deep understanding of the SaaS industry, and a proven track record of driving successful marketing campaigns. Experience working within or alongside digital marketing agencies is highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement a cohesive marketing strategy that aligns with business goals and drives customer acquisition, engagement, and retention.
  2. Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing marketing team, fostering a culture of creativity, innovation, and continuous improvement.
  3. Oversee all aspects of digital marketing, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media, content marketing, and paid advertising.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product, and customer success, to ensure alignment and drive cohesive marketing efforts.
  5. Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitive landscape to inform marketing strategies and identify new opportunities.
  6. Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to maximize ROI.
  7. Track and report on key performance metrics, using data to refine strategies and drive decision-making.
  8. Enhance brand positioning and messaging to effectively communicate the value of our product to target audiences.
  9. Drive thought leadership initiatives, including webinars, whitepapers, case studies, and industry events, to establish the company as a leader in the content marketing space.
  10. Leverage experience with digital marketing agencies to build strong partnerships and optimize marketing campaigns.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  2. 7+ years of experience in B2B marketing, with at least 3 years in a leadership role within a SaaS company.
  3. Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies that drive growth and achieve business objectives.
  4. Strong understanding of content marketing, digital marketing channels, and best practices.
  5. Experience working within or closely with digital marketing agencies.
  6. Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team.
  7. Exceptional analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  8. Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  9. Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and staying ahead of industry trends.
  10. Proficiency in marketing automation tools, CRM systems, and analytics platforms.
