Head of Marketing

Under the direction of, and reporting to the VP of Sales & Marketing, the Head of Marketing will be responsible for planning, developing, and executing comprehensive marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, drive sales, and support our sales team. This role requires a seasoned professional with a deep understanding of B2B marketing, digital marketing trends, and CRM systems.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Works closely with Leadership, defines annual marketing priorities, establishes department annual plan, collaborates and works with other company areas, researches and recommends marketing programs and tools to build relationship marketing and generate new sales.

Maintain and enhance the organizations brand through strategic initiatives, ensuring brand consistency across all communications.

Oversee the creation and execution of marketing campaigns for internal sales team support, corporate marketing, and lead generation across various channels, including digital, print, and events.

Collaborate with the sales team to create and execute lead-generation programs.

Manage and optimize the company’s digital presence, including the website and social media platforms.

Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.

Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources.

Utilize Salesforce CRM to track and report on marketing activities and their impact on sales.

Lead and mentor other contractors and team members assisting with execution and fulfillment, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.

Coordinate with external vendors and agencies as needed.

Develop new marketing programs, tools, and printed collateral as defined in our marketing strategy.

Analyze marketing metrics and KPIs to track campaign performance and effectiveness, and report findings to Leadership.

Manage the marketing budget effectively, allocating resources to different channels and campaigns to maximize ROI.

Build and maintain relationships with media outlets, advertising agencies, vendors, and other partners critical to the marketing efforts.

Keep up-to-date with industry trends and innovations, and integrate new marketing techniques and technologies as appropriate.

SECONDARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Complete special projects and other duties as assigned.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

7+ years of experience in B2B marketing, focusing on digital marketing and CRM systems.

Proven track record of developing and executing successful B2B lead generation campaigns.

Strong understanding of e-commerce and digital marketing trends in B2B and e-commerce.

Experience with Salesforce CRM and other marketing automation tools like Pardot or HubSpot.

Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.

Ability to analyze data and use insights to drive marketing decisions to develop ROI and lead scoring metrics.

Creative thinker with a strategic mindset.
