What You'll Do:
As a
Document Fulfillment Specialist
on our Enterprise Document Services team, you'll perform various mail and document distribution processes.Your day will be filled with:Preparing incoming mail, checks or other documents, scanning, rudimentary annuity indexing, and properly storing documents for either long or short term retention.Sort, open, identify, date stamp and process incoming mail for delivery to customers according to specific processing guidelines established by each customer's needs. Includes handling of overnight mail.Sort, process and distribute computer generated output to internal and external customers. Includes sending forms in accordance to state laws and regulations.Research and redistribute returned, misdirected and unidentified mail according to specific guidelines established by each customer's needs.Provide accurate filing and maintenance/retrieval of paper files. Includes correspondence, case files, and special documents.Process and distribute inbound and outbound faxes via paper or faxination.Organizing and completing daily work goals and team project work.Ensuring that all imaged documents adhere to CSD imaging/indexing quality standards.Following departmental policies and procedures, training and best practices for use within the imaging environment.Who You Are:
High school degree or equivalent with 2+ years of related experience required.Must be able to maintain a high degree of accuracy and confidentiality.Good oral and written communication, analytical, problem-solving, and basic math skills required.Must have time-management, decision-making, planning and organizational skills.Basic computer skills and PC experience with ability to key 45 CWPM.10 Key experience is preferred.Prolonged sitting, standing, reaching and lifting up to 50 lbs.Attention to detail and ability to follow documented procedures and verbal instructions required.Good interpersonal skills and ability to work with a variety of people in a team atmosphere, as well as working independently.May be required to work overtime/additional hours including weekends, holidays and rotation coverage on Saturdays.
Salary Range Information:Salary ranges below reflect targeted base salaries. Non-sales positions have the opportunity to participate in a bonus program. Sales positions are eligible for sales incentives, and in some instances a bonus plan, whereby total compensation may far exceed base salary depending on individual performance. Actual compensation for all roles will be based upon geographic location, work experience, education, licensure requirements and/or skill level and will be finalized at the time of offer.
Salary Range:$16.90 - $19.66 / hour
Time Off Program:Personal Time Off (PTO) is provided to hourly (non-exempt) employees and provides a set amount of accrued time earned each pay period. Employees can use their PTO for vacation, personal or short-term illness.

This opportunity would be an in-office position located at our Downtown Des Moines, IA campus. We're looking for an individual that would be available to work our 8:30am-5:00pm CST shift.Work Authorization/Sponsorship
