TS/SCI with Polygraph Sr Network Security Engineer

Insight Global is partnering with a client to hire a TS/SCI with Polygraph cleared Senior Network Security Engineer to support a classified contract in Columbia, MD. This person will be joining a team responsible for providing network boundary security solutions and daily responsibilities include, but are not limited to:Provide network support across all areas of the network such as the initial design, engineering, upgrades, deployment and implementation.Manage and complete network remediation/improvement requests regarding load balancing, firewall support, proxies, latency, etc.Develop and implement security protocols to enhance the networks security.Provide network monitoring and security audits for vulnerabilities and potential issues that may arise.Coordinate with other team members and customers on workflows, problem/resolution, and create appropriate documentation.Ensure DOD compliance and industry standards are met and followed.

Cisco Certifications (CCNP, CCNA, CCIE, etc.)ITIL CertificationSymantec/Blue Coat product certification and experience
