Monday to Friday, with occasional remote Saturdays!Hourly Rate:

$30.00 - $36.00Location:

On-site in Minnetonka, MNResponsibilities:Direct Support to Nonprofit LeaderManage the executive's daily calendar, correspondence, and schedule.Coordinate complex meeting arrangements and travel logistics.Prepare and distribute meeting materials, agendas, and presentations.Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.Communication & Stakeholder EngagementServe as the primary point of contact for internal and external communications on behalf of the executive.Draft and edit correspondence, reports, and other communications to ensure clarity and professionalism.Maintain strong relationships with board members, community partners, and key stakeholders to support the executive's initiatives.Facilitate effective information flow between the executive and team members.Project & Meeting ManagementTake detailed notes during meetings, track action items, and ensure timely follow-upOrganize and maintain digital and physical filing systems to support the executive's workflow.Coordinate logistics for staff meetings, board meetings, and special events that align with organizational goals.Operational SupportProcess expense reports and assist with administrative budget tracking for the executive.Maintain office supplies and equipment to ensure a functional workspace.Coordinate with vendors and service providers as needed.Troubleshoot administrative and technical issues to support the executive's effectiveness.QualificationsRelevant Experience:

3-5 years of executive assistant experience, ideally in a nonprofit or community-based organization, focusing on supporting a single executive.Educational Background:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent education and experience.Technical Skills:

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with video conferencing platforms (e.g., Zoom, Teams, WebEx) and CRM systems.Communication Excellence:

Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a professional demeanor and effective stakeholder engagement abilities.Cultural Awareness:
