Our boutique firm, Ambassador Wealth Advisors, is looking for an ambitious individual who is highly task driven, enjoys people, and thrives on creativity to join us as our new Executive Assistant and Client Relationship Lead. This role creates a concierge client experience by overseeing several executive assistant tasks for the advisors and clients, as well as managing client marketing and engagement. This position is located at 601 Carlson Pkwy Ste 300, Minnetonka, MN 55305, with flexible weekday in person/hybrid virtual hours between the hours of 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM.
Key Responsibilities:
Business operations & administrative supportManage client communication including correspondence, notes, files, and maintain compliant client recordsMaintaining financial advisors' calendars, scheduling, and attending follow-up appointmentsImplement, execute, and manage client engagement strategy including gifting and planning eventsIntegrate ongoing marketing strategy, and reviewing its effectiveness, return on investments, and tracking towards agreed upon measures of successManage digital presence:
Customize Ambassador Wealth Advisors website on a regular basis to attract prospects and communicate the value proposition of the practiceMaximize social media presence to drive engagements by posting frequently and leveraging social media campaigns

Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experienceFinancial Service or Insurance industry experience preferredHigh sense of urgency, attention to detail, and exceptional organizational skillsStrong oral and written communication skillsAbility to take direction, problem solve, and multi-taskStrong knowledge of social media platforms, particularly LinkedIn, Facebook & InstagramCanva, Adobe Creative Suite, PowerPoint, Word & Excel experience preferred
