Key Responsibilities for CNC Lathe Operator:
Machine Operation:
Set up and run CNC lathe machines to craft precision parts.Blueprint Reading:
Interpret blueprints to grasp detailed job specifications.Quality Monitoring:
Oversee machine operations to guarantee both quality and efficiency.Maintenance:
Conduct routine maintenance on machines to ensure optimal performance.Quality Control:
Inspect finished products to ensure they meet our high standards.Team Collaboration:
Work with other team members to enhance production methods.Who We're Looking For:
Experience:
Prior role as a CNC Lathe Operator or in a similar capacity.Skills:
Strong understanding of materials handling and mechanics.Knowledgeable about machining processes and tools like press brakes and stamping presses.Proficient with forklifts and other material-handling tools.Familiar with quality control processes to maintain high product standards.Experience with CAD software such as SolidWorks is beneficial.
