The Executive Assistant will provide high-level support to the C-Suite. This position requires the ability to execute duties both independently and collaboratively with the appropriate sense of urgency. This position requires exceptional planning, time management, and organizational skills with a superior attention to detail while handlings multiple competing deadlines. This position is responsible for the project management of all executive-related events.

This role is required to be in the Greater Seattle area and report to Kirkland a minimum of 4 days a week.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES:

Maintain Executive calendars by coordinating and rescheduling meetings both internal and externalSchedule complex travel arrangements for the Executive team.Gather needed data and submit executive expense reportsCompose and maintain important and confidential communication of the Board of Directors, Kestra Executive Team, and other external high-level executivesCoordinate Board of Directors and other important meetings, including scheduling, agenda creation, logistics, catering, and any other related materialEvent PlanningFacilitate key projects, often of confidential nature and requiring independent researchOther duties as assignedRequirements

QUALIFICATIONS

Education/Experience Required:

Minimum 3 years supporting senior level management in an administrative capacityMinimum 1 year experience coordinating domestic and foreign business travelOutstanding verbal and written communication skills, including experience creating executive-level communicationsDemonstrated ability to effectively communicate with senior executives, internal and external, and the Kestra TeamExceptional organizational skillsAdvanced skills in Excel, Word, Outlook with a particular proficiency in PowerPointStrong computer, application, and web skillsPosition may require coordination of and attendance at events outside normal business hoursPreferred:

Background working in a legal office or supporting attorneysExperience with ConcurKnowledge of Microsoft TeamsExperience working in a start-up environmentExperience in healthcare or medical device industryWork ENVIRONMENT:

Salary: Annualized between $85,000 and $105,000. Depending on experience and location.
