We are a family-owned dealership in Daytona Beach, operating in a fast-paced and growing industry. As a Used Car Manager, you will play a critical role in shaping our business and enhancing the lives of our team members and customers.

We are seeking an individual with a strong background in used car acquisition. vAuto / Stockwave experience is required.Competitive compensation package commensurate with experience will be offered and we will reward the success of the right candidate. $100K+, you create your own pay!

RESPONSIBILITIES -

Requirements include, but are not limited to:Wholesaling, purchasing, reconditioning knowledge, Appraisals, Auctions, Forecasting,Inventory - AdvertisingComputer proficiencyExtremely high ethics and valuesLeadership and communication skillsExceptional people skills - with vendors, employees and customers alikeStructures deals for maximum profitability.Fully proficient with title laws and registration processMaintains proficiency and certifications as required for the position.Accurately desks deals, submits deals to lenders for approval, makes credit decisions, and effectively closes deals.Ensures all deals are fully compliant with local, state, and federal guidelines.Prepares paperwork, contracts, and delivers deals.Prepares and mails all deal packages with complete and proper documentation to lenders and follows any other process that may be in place in their respective department.QUALIFICATIONS (Education, Experience, Certifications, Licenses):

At least 3 Years of automotive finance management experienceReynolds & Reynolds experience a plusExcellent customer service skillsKnowledge of dealership finance and insurance proceduresExcellent verbal and written communication, strong negotiation and presentation skillsMust possess the ability to close a deal.
