Executive Administrative Partner (EAP)
to support our new
Chief People Officer (CPO) . This is a key role for a self-starter who will provide high-level and diversified administrative, operational, and project support. You will play a critical role in supporting HR divisional operations, interacting with senior leadership, Board members, MSK staff, and external organizations.Role Overview:Provide strategic and operational support to the CPO, ensuring alignment with MSK's vision, mission, and values.Manage the CPO's calendar, prioritizing and coordinating a wide range of appointments and meetings.Anticipate needs, resolve issues proactively, and foster collaboration across teams.Oversee and coordinate the administrative aspects of divisional initiatives, including event planning, space assignments, and facilities management.Manage communications on behalf of the CPO, developing agendas, project updates, and maintaining divisional processes.Act as a liaison between the CPO and internal/external stakeholders, maintaining professionalism and confidentiality.Key Qualifications:4+ years of administrative experience supporting senior executives, including project and operational support.Proven success in collaborating on high-priority initiatives and managing complex schedules.Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact confidently across all levels.Outstanding attention to detail, with the flexibility to adapt to changing priorities.Strong technical proficiency with Microsoft Office, Zoom, Workday, and other collaboration tools.Core Skills:Strategic Calendar Management : Efficiently manage the CPOs calendar, prioritizing meetings and deadlines while ensuring alignment with organizational goals.Advanced Communication : Craft and manage executive communications, ensuring clarity, timeliness, and confidentiality in all interactions.Project Coordination : Lead the administrative aspects of divisional projects, ensuring smooth execution and timely updates to key stakeholders.Problem-Solving & Initiative : Proactively identify potential issues, resolve them before they escalate, and continuously seek ways to improve workflows and processes.Relationship Management : Build and leverage strong relationships across the organization to facilitate collaboration and support the CPOs initiatives.Additional Information:Hybrid role; flexibility to be onsite 3-4 days per week at 633 Third Ave and other MSK NYC sitesreporting to CPOPay Range:
