To help us drive excellence, you will get to:Administer Talent Acquistion Program for a manufacturing facility including job fairs, sourcing candidates, reviewing resumes, pre-screens via phone or virtual, scheduling interviews for Hiring Team, and extending offers.Maintain accurate records of active job openings, manage internal and external job postings including social media and job fairs.Accountable for Onboarding of new hires including e-background screening, I-9 verification, etc.Facilitator for new hire Orientation, introduction to company, policies/procedures, safety, required documentation, etc.Conduct or assist with record audits and HR reports, which may include I-9 audits, and work with the HR Team in meeting workforce goals.Assist with Associate engagement activities (e.g., Holiday Events, Associate Recognition Awards) and community service activities (e.g., Blood Drive, Veterans Day, United Way, Back-to-School Events, etc.).Part of a four-member HR Team reporting to the Human Resources Manager.SUCCESS FACTORS:
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent HR experience and education.1-3 years of experience in Human Resources with a concentration in recruiting for manufacturing environment, Employee Engagement, Community Outreach Programs, Associate Recognition Events, etc. Staffing Agency experience for manufacturing environments a plus.Onboarding and Orientation of new Associates including extending offers, e-background verification, facilitating Orientation, 30/60/90 days Retention Management, etc.Familiar with data input of new hire information into HRIS, I-9 verification, and overall Records Management.Proven ability to work well with others in a fast-paced team environment.Familiarity with Human Resources metric reports.Excellent written and verbal communication with internal and external customers.Proficiency with Application Tracking Systems, job boards, HRIS and MSOffice.
