Avaya Engineer in the
Hershey, PA area.Responsibilities:Manage and maintain voice network and systemsRecommend solutions, improvements, strategy, and architecture for voice network and systemsSupports voice engineering initiatives for all project-related and ongoing operations support for voice communications servicesPromptly responds to all critical/high and/ or incidents or service requests and resolves within service level targets and/or scheduled time framesMaintain enterprise awareness of system maintenance and outages, as well as world events that could impact IT operationsMinimum Qualifications:Experience with Nortel CS1000 code and programingExperience with TNBs in NortelExperience with DSC in NortelExperience with session manager routingAvaya Communications (ARS) and (AAR) enterprise experienceProficient with programming changes that include BARS, NARS, RLI modification, call routing, and CDP changesWhat We Do:What We Do:Working for GDC means you will be at the forefront of the technological world.
